Minecraft Upgrade Pack

Want a cool new way to play minecraft? With this awesome datapack, you can! Using this datapack, you can upgrade items, such as pickaxes and swords. All you have to do is download and follow the downloading instructions! Compatibility stuff: Must be using minecraft 1.17, any other mode I do not believe works, but try it out! You do not need to execute this too. Read installation instructions for how to install. If you have any more questions or concerns, please feel free to use the comments.

List of what it does: Can upgrade a wooden pickaxe to a stone by placing it into a crafting table, can place a stone pickaxe into a crafting table for an iron one, put the iron one in the crafting table for a diamond one, and diamond for netherite. This process also works with swords up to netherite. This will also work for all armour, (Chestplates, pants, boots, helmets) Remember, it starts at wooden items/leather for armour, up until netherite. Another thing you can do is upgrade ores! If you put coal into a furnace, you will need coal in the bottom of the furnace too put you will put coal in the top and bottom. Then, you get an iron ore, and you can upgrade that the same way but put the iron on top with coal on the bottom, (Or any cooking item) you get gold ingot, then you do it again and get diamond, then netherite. The last thing is that you can ALSO craft obsidian! To do this, place three oak wood planks on the bottom row, one dirt block in the very middle, 3 cobblestone on the very top row and fill in the last two squares with cobblestone.
